Rose Blossom Garden Challenge

I wanted to play along with the Rose Blossom Garden Challenge again this week.  This time it is the Father's Day key on the Cricut.  I used the Shift Accent 1 to cut the diamond shape in black card stock.  Then I cut the #1 Dad shape out but cut off the "#1" part so I would just have the word DAD.  I used Kraft paper for the back ground and some Buzz and Bumble paper, some bakers twine and some retired (I think) milepost brackets.  And just to make it a little more masculine I used my stapler to hold down the edges of the brackets.  Everything is distressed in chocolate ink.  I'll use this for my dad's birthday card this month.

  3. Be still, my Kraft-y heart! I love this. The black diamond shapes really bring out the sentiment which you cut out with Artiste as well. I think your dad will love this card. Thanks for sharing with us at the Rose Blossom Garden.
